If I became admin, I would continue to help the newer players in the server rules in which I am already doing, and ways that the game works on the server. I have been hearing a lot of racism and verbal abuse; others telling each other to “Kill themselves” or to “get cancer” and I have had enough of the toxic chat. I would mute them for the time I fell would be appropriate and make others follow the server rules. I would not use Admin to my advantage as I am like any other person, just someone who wants to have fun on the game with no minges or any failrp. I would like to help in making the server the best it can be. Although new to the server, I fully understand how it works but believe that some people do not enforce these rules enough or do not follow them enough. Most of the time when I come on the server and pretend I am a CT, I am confronted by people telling me to ‘Kill Myself’ and there are (most of the time) no admins online to tell this to. If I was admin, I would be on regularly as I usually am, and try to cut down the amount of minges, people trolling for fun, hackers, and toxic chat people spread. I know that there are many other people applying for admin, so why should this one stick out to you? It shouldn’t. But these are valid points that I am feeding you. In my eyes, I see myself as the kind of person who has helped people get to know of the server rules, the way it works and over all a nice guy to play with in the server and in other games. I believe that with more admins and a bit of a more kind community coming to it, that the server will become better as it is already successful, gaining more players will increase the chance of making it more known. Although enforcing rules, I would still be a friendly player and have fun with others. A little bit about myself: I have been playing gmod for the past 2 years or so and been taking everything seriously. I am an advance math student achieving many goals through determination. I have won many awards, and am willing to apply some of my knowledge to this game so we can make this server a friendly and a less of a hostile atmosphere. I goal is to help many other people throughout this server, and make this game my life to play. I have been getting straight A’s on my grades, and I will be going to Columbia University. I have scored a 1580 on the SAT, and will be going to Columbia University becoming a medical researcher. Do you have any previous staff experience? If so, go into detail: I have been admin on many other servers. I am a very friendly and nice person to people who don’t understand anything about the server. Situations (Answer with detail): What do you do if someone reports something that you are not able to do?: I would give the reasoning of what I did to Head of staff, and telling what I have done. I would speak to the person to tell me what wrong have I done and use that report to make me a better person in rping and never make that mistake again. What do you do if you catch another staff abusing power?: I would have to tell higher ups because that staff has equivalent or I have less powers over him. If there are no other higher ups, I will have to pm somebody in discord and jail the staff alone. I will record the situation, and ask what you have done. If it was a serious one I will have to ban him for an hour or 2 because he/she is abusing powers. If it was not a serious one, I will have to give him a warning and report on the website on what he/she has done. What do you do if someone reports an RDM or Minge?: I will go to the person who reported the mine or rdm and ask who rdm. I will tp to that minger and jail that person.
